Beginners Holiday Spanish Course Starting November 5th – Free Taster Class Here!
From 7 to 8.30pm every Tueday starting November 5th until the 17th December I’ll be teaching a small group some beginner phrases, grammar and tips and tools for you to enjoy the perfect holiday. Here’s first online class I created with 10 pdf slides packed full of useful info, some videos so you can follow and a quiz to make sure you’ve picked everything up. If you want to meet other people to practice with other people once you’ve done the first class then there’s a facebook group where you can meet fellow students from around the globe. It’s the first in a set of 7 lessons. The full online set is just £15 if you want to study alone or free when you join the group and come along to the classes which are set at for £50 – £70 on a sliding scale.
Pre Intermediate Course Starting November 7th
This course is for a small group that have done a 10 weeks course with me in the past, did Spanish in school but got really rusty or have studied a fair bit on duo lingo but haven’t practiced any speaking. It will make past tenses easy to learn and enjoyable and allow you to have slightly deeper conversations than just the basics so you can aim towards making friends properly, perhaps get someone’s number, understand your favourite song or be capable of mixing your hobbies with spanish. Each week you’ll be given homework and access to pdfs and videos for home study.

Lessons
I teach in one or two hour blocks whichever is convenient for you. If you want to learn in couples or groups I add on just 25% of the total cost for each additional person.
Books
I also have a wide range of books and audio material available for all levels of Spanish language learning.
Prices range from £5 – £20, and are always lower than the RRP as I buy in bulk.

Kids
The earlier you start learning a new language, the easier it is to acquire those skills and advance them in later years.
Perhaps you are going on holiday and want your child to learn some basic phrases, or maybe you just want them to get a head start in their education – I offer classes for any child interested in learning Spanish from Age 8 and up.
Students
As a graduate of Glasgow University’s Hispanic studies course myself, I am more than familiar with the requirements of university level Spanish courses.
I am available to provide additional support centred towards success at any level of college or university education.
Teens
Get the edge in your Intermediate 2s or Highers with some additional Spanish tuition from me!
With lessons catered specifically to the curriculum of your secondary school course, I can help towards getting you ready to ace those exams!
Adults
There are many reasons to learn a new language, whether you need to hone your skills in speaking to international clients, going on holiday, or just want to learn a new hobby, I can tailor any class to suit your own individual needs.
Groups
I am currently teaching a beginners and intermediate group classes for students over 50 at the LEAP centre in Cambuslang every Tuesday 10 – 12 and 12.30 – 2.30. Contact me if youwould like to set up a group with some friends near you if you are under 50. If you would like to be considered part of the group currently running please call me or LEAP to sign up. The course runs for £4.50 per class each week so if you have a community centre and would be interested in me leading classes for you I’m open to suggestions.

I specialize in Spanish tuition.
I am a Hispanic Studies graduate from the University of Glasgow and have lived in Barcelona and Madrid for two years and travel to Spain to work on a yearly basis. I offer Spanish tuition to individuals and small groups of all ages and ability levels. I teach from both my home in Muirend and I’m happy to travel out to meet students at their homes as well.

As the previous translator for the national Spanish Buddhist magazine Civilización Global I can promise high quality, fast, reliable and professional translation and proofreading services. My rates vary on the size and content of the transcript and are very reasonable. I am available for freelance translation of a wide range of documents and you don’t have to pay anything until you get your translated text back and are happy with the results.
I have also been interpreting under contract for AA Global and DA languages for over a year and am happy to interpret during business negotiations and appointments. Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner
I also teach techniques to boost people’s health and vitality. Here I am teaching the Eden Method daily energy routine in Spanish.
